How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Sorry, unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time. But this is something we are working on.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the un-opened container for a full refund (minus shipping and handling fees) of the original amount within 14 days of receiving your order.

All opened or used tea is defective merchandise.

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order, If however you find any errors committed on our part, we will gladly refund you the shipping and handling fees you paid.

Orders that are damaged by improper handling of product by customer may NOT be refunded or exchanged. Please include its proper documentation and return in its original box for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable).

What is the return process?

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the problem with the order. Returns take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
